Why change nameservers?

Nameservers tell the internet on which server your site is hosted. If you purchased the domain in one place and hosting at PlatiniumHost, you must point the domain to our servers by changing the nameservers.

How to change them depending on your registrar

GoDaddy

1. Go to godaddy.com → My Products → Domains
2. Click on the domain → DNS
3. Scroll down to Nameservers → Change
4. Select "Custom" and enter the nameservers
5. Save the changes

Namecheap

1. Go to namecheap.com → Domain List → Manage
2. In the Nameservers tab select "Custom DNS"
3. Enter the PlatiniumHost nameservers
4. Save with the green ✓

NIC Venezuela (.ve)

1. Access the NIC Venezuela panel
2. Select your domain → DNS Zone
3. Change the DNS servers to PlatiniumHost's
